About me
My main work activities involves providing education in nutrition science at the Department of Medicine, Huddinge, being the programme director for the global Master's Programme in Nutrition Science at KI and study director for the Bachelor's Programme in Nutrition, offered by by Stockholm university in collaboration with KI. This programme will from 2027 be replaced by a new, joint programme between KI and KI. I am also a course director and teacher in several courses. My main subjects have included nutritional epidemiology, dietary assessment methodology, nutritional physiology, vegetarian and vegan nutrition, sustainable nutrition, and degree projects. I am also involved in research in the IMPACT research group.
