About me
I am a PhD-student and teacher at the Division of Clinical Physiology with a background as a licensed Biomedical Scientist (BMA).
Research
My research mainly focuses on the cardiovascular system, primarily the regulation of blood volume and hemoglobin mass as well as cardiac adaptations in contexts of health, disease and under extreme physiological conditions (e.g. exercise).
Teaching
As a licensed BMA and general competence within human physiology, particularly cardiac diagnostics and echocardiography, my teaching activities mainly cover the Bachelor´s degree program for Biomedical Scientists. I am also involved in courses in the Nursing and Medical Doctors degree programs at Karolinska Institutet.
