Research
I am interested in the analysis of neural signals using advanced methods and their applications to clinical populations. I have worked with fMRI, EEG, ECoG, LFP and extracellularly recorded spiking data in the context of cognitive enhancers and traumatic brain injury, employing various analysis methods including supervised and unsupervised learning models, graph theory and computational modelling. Currently I am working on biomarkers of treatment outcome for psychiatric disorders.
Teaching
I have worked as a graduate teaching assistant for 3 years in the course 'Introduction to Neuroscience' at the department of Bioengineering at Imperial College London.
