Kenneth Hagsten
About me
Kenneth is a Teacher and Education Coordinator at the Department of Learning, Informatics, Management and Ethics (LIME) at Karolinska Institutet, with a particular focus on leadership, followership, and co-workership. He is also a member of the research group Leadership in Healthcare and Academia.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Hawaii Pacific University, a master’s degree in Management and Organization from Stockholm University, and a PhD from Karolinska Institutet.
Prior to joining Karolinska Institutet, Kenneth worked extensively with HR-related issues in the private sector, including over 20 years in various managerial positions.

Teaching
Kenneth is part of the team responsible for the Master's program in Leadership and Organizational Development (LOU) at LIME/KI, and serves as Course Director for Leadership in the Online Nursing program. His teaching focuses primarily on leadership, organization, and co-workership.
