About me
My academic and working background is in criminal justice, psychology, and optics.
I received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology at St. Cloud State University, Minnesota, USA in 2014. My main field of study was policing, human development, and research methodology.
I later worked in Chicago, IL, USA as a vision therapist and optical assistant. This is where my interest in vision and visual perception grew.
I recieved my Master of Science in Psychology from Stockholm University in 2022 and have been working as a research assistant at Marianne Bernadotte Centrum since then.
Research
I am interested in how the visual system can affect quality of life and perception.
I have primarily worked with eye tracking data associated with healthy individuals and those recovering from mild head trauma.
I also have an interest in attention and would like to expand my eye tracking research to include those with behavioral disorders and cognitive decline.
