Jenny Stenvall

Jenny Stenvall is a specialist nurse with clinical expertise in acute care, anaesthesia, oncology, palliative care, and paediatric nursing. She has  experience working in complex and acute healthcare environments, where teamwork and communication are central to patient safety.

As a doctoral student at Karolinska Institutet/SÖS and a member of the SuN Rise research group, the work centres on psychological safety among operationg room (OR) nursing students during clinical education. By combining clinical expertise with pedagogical and organisational perspectives, she aims to advance understanding of supportive learning environments that promote psychological safety and professional development in OR nursing education.
