Isabelle von Saenger is a research assistant at the Social gerontological sector at Aging Research Center, NVS. She has a master's degree in Public Health Sciences from Stockholm University with a focus on inequality in health and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Stockholm University.
The master thesis explored the role of perceived teacher support on student health and whether schools' student composition and gender made a difference in this relationship. The bachelor thesis focused on differences in health among swedish and foreignborn based on socioeconomic factors, social network and family relationships.
Teaches medical students and medical staff about how to interact with patients, their families and how to handle ethical dilemmas.
