About me
- I started my medical studies at the Karolinska Institute in the Fall of 2022. I have a great interest in neuroscience, and specifically in understanding brain connectivity.
Research
- My primary research goals are directed toward understanding brain
connectivity, and how it relates to memory functions in neurodegenerative
disorders. In addition, the clinical aspects of neurodegenerative disorders,
in particular understanding different clinical profiles of patients based on
various cognitive tests is of interest to me.
My current research interests are focused on understanding brain imaging
changes in Alzheimer´s disease. To get a better understanding of the
disease´s pathophysiology, I am interested in how we can incorporate plasma
biomarkers and cerebrospinal fluid in our analyses together with brain
imaging from MRI.
