Faraidoun Moradi

I am an MD, specialist in general practice and a registered pharmacist, with a particular interest in health crises and disaster medicine. In 2023, I completed my PhD at the University of Gothenburg and defended my thesis entitled ‘Long-term impact of exposure to sulphur mustard on mental health, quality of life, and lung function’. Today I work clinically as a specialist doctor at a general practice clinic at Citysjukhuset +7 in Gothenburg.

At Karolinska Institutet, I am an expert coordinator for primary care in health crises at the Centre for Health Crises. In this role, I work to foster an understanding of, and increase knowledge about, the importance of primary care before, during and after a health crisis.
