About me
- I have PhD in theoretical medical sciences from the University of Szeged
where I graduated in 2007.
Research
- My research interest can be broadly described as dementia research focusing
on understanding the mechanism and consequences of dementia, improving
differential diagnosis and predicting cognitive decline in Alzheimer's
disease and Lewy body dementias with particular interest in synaptic proteins
and their role in dementia progression. Lately, humbled by the impact of
SARS-Cov-2 I have joined the National Pandemic center of KI as a research
specialist contributing to the increased diagnostic and sequencing capacity
of Covid-19 in Sweden, aiming to understand the needs and means of responding
to future pandemics.
