Emma Rundgren

About me

I am a PhD student in implementation science. My background is in psychology and my research interest is bridging the gap between research and practice by improving the use and production of evidence.

I am member of the research group Intervention Processes and Outcomes (PROCOME) which focuses on research on effects and implementation of innovative improvement programs in different type of organizations, with specific focus on health and social care. The research aims to increase knowledge regarding the effects and implementation of different types of improvement programs. For my PhD project I am doing a mixed-methods longitudinal evaluation of a team implementation training designed to build implementation capacity for sustainable implementation in health care and welfare.
