About me
I gained my medical degree from University of Ioannina (UoI), Greece. I am currently engaged in postgraduate research at the Translational Molecular Imaging – Nordberg and Chiotis Lab of the Division of Clinical Geriatrics, Department of Neurobiology, Care Sciences and Society (NVS), Karolinska Institutet. My current research project focuses on the clinical utility of blood-based (plasma) biomarkers of Alzheimer's Disease (AD) -especially ptau217 and the ratio ptau217/Aβ42- and their correlation with AD pathology.
