Statistician at Karolinska Institutet (NEAR) since 2021, specializing in statistical support and data harmonization for aging research projects. Built semantic RAG chatbot for metadata querying, developed an internal R package, led R workshops, created reproducible harmonization pipelines, and designed MySQL databases for population studies. Additionally, I developed both the front-end and back-end of the current NEAR data application form, enabling researchers to submit applications for data access while ensuring compliance with security requirements. I also created an admin panel for project leaders, allowing them to efficiently coordinate and manage submitted data applications.
