About me
My thesis focused on delineating the cellular heterogeneity of neuroblastoma and bone marrow metastases to identify therapeutic targets. Harnessing single-cell transcriptomics and ex vivo organoid modeling, we investigated the cellular and transcriptional heterogeneity of the disease and tested new therapeutic approaches.
