About me
- I am a medical doctor specialist in public health. After working for almost two years in a public agency, I transitioned to academic research and now my interest focuses on studying the reproductive and perinatal factors that are associated to cardiovascular diseases in women. Currently, I have been mapping the prescription of pharmacological fertility treatments across Sweden in the last forty years to evaluate trends in the use of these treatments and associated patients' characteristics, including sociodemographic and anthropometric features and clinical history. Later, I will use machine learning algorithms to predict the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases in women based on fertility treatment exposition and other baseline characteristics.
