About me
As a research engineer specializing in medical imaging, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. Having studied at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, I have dedicated my career since 2010 to advancing neuroimaging methods. My research interests span diverse areas including Alzheimer’s disease, gender identity, emotion, stress, and anxiety disorders. Proficient in data collection, particularly MRI scanning, I excel in both pre- and post-processing techniques. My statistical prowess extends to high-level analyses of functional MRI data, utilizing techniques such as psycho-physiological interactions (PPI), partial least squares (PLS), support vector machines (SVM), and independent component analysis (ICA). Additionally, I possess comprehensive skills in structural MRI data analysis, employing tools like FreeSurfer, AFNI, BrainVoyager, voxel-based morphometry (VBM), and tract-based spatial statistics (TBSS). I am eager to contribute and engage in discussions at the upcoming conference, leveraging my expertise to foster meaningful collaborations and advancements in the field.
