About me

  • I am a senior research specialist and lab manager at the Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics, where I have joined the MEB department as a postdoctoral researcher since 2018.

Research

  • My research focuses on the understanding of microbiome effects on gastrointestinal (GI) tract dysfunctions and cancer. In addition, research activities include molecular epidemiology characterizations of human papillomaviruses (HPVs) and oncogenic infectious agents associated with disorders and malignancies. Moreover, development of molecular diagnostics assays for infectious agents related to human cancers and profiling of tumor mutations and cancer biomarkers detection are my research interests and studies.
