About me

  • Dr. Ahlem Zaghmi earned her Ph.D. from the National Institute of Scientific Research (INRS) in Canada, where her research focused on developing novel therapeutic bioconjugates for neuroprotection in neurological disorders.

    Following the defense of her thesis in December 2020, Dr. Zaghmi began her postdoctoral research in the Per-Johan Jakobsson group at the Karolinska Institute. Her current research explores inflammatory targets and pathways in neuroblastoma and colorectal cancer, aiming to discover effective treatments for these deadly diseases.
