Accesscard to FyFa- Biomedicum
Here you will find information about your FyFa access card.
The groupleader who is meeting the new member at the reception in Biomedicum can aprove a guest card for the days corresponding to the time that the visiting researcher is staying in the building, up to seven days max. For access for more than seven days, see below.
KI access card
The research group leader will have to contact the HR- unit at FyFa when a new member starts in the group, by giving the full name and time period for the new members access. HR will then add the new group member to the access list at FyFa. When the new member is on the list, an access card can be validated and handed out at the reception in Aula Medica, Nobels väg 6, Monday to Friday between 08:30-16:00.
All new personnel with a need for access for more than seven days, have to do a introduction test to get access to Biomedicum.

If you don't have a KI-ID, please contact HR at FyFa for help.
When you are approved you will recive a diploma that you can download and print. You need to show your diploma for the staff at the reception in Biomedicum to be able to have the right access.
If you already have a KI access card and need access to a room in Biomedicum, you can visit the reception in Biomedicum directly to get access.
If you already have a KI access card and need access to a room with specific equipment or a core facility, you will need a written confirmation from the person responsible for the room/facility. You will have to show the signed confirmation at the reception in BIomedicum to get access to the room/facility.

If you end your employment, your studies or affiliation to KI, you will have to return tiur access card at the reception in Biomedicum.
