The Olof Norlander lecture
Olof Norlander Day has been organized annually since 1989 to honor the memory of Professor of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at Karolinska Institutet and Karolinska Hospital Olof Norlander.
About the lecture
This year's symposium will be held on November 21 in the Sune Bergströms Aula at Karolinska University Hospital and is entitled "Frontiers in Hemodynamic Control".
The symposium will conclude with this year's Keynote Lecture "Perioperative blood pressure management - what do we know after a decade of research?" by Professor Bernd Saugel, Hamburg, Germany, along with the awarding of the 2025 travel grant from the Olof Norlander Memorial Fund at Karolinska Institutet.
Nationally and internationally leading researchers and clinicians will reflect current preclinical and clinical research in circulatory physiology and pharmacology of relevance to anesthesiology, perioperative medicine and intensive care.
