Environmental exposure and health – Nanna Fyhrquist's research group

My research focuses on children's environmental health, exploring the interplay of genetic factors, the microbiome, and environmental elements for good health and defense against allergies/metabolic disorders. I also study chemical exposure via skin, aiming to understand barrier function, cellular responses, and molecular mechanisms to improve diagnostics, treatments, and prevention.
