Research

  • Main fields of my research are within epidemiology related to cardiac
    surgery. Together with a number of co-workers we have published reports of
    topics such as age and obesity related risks, diabetes, repeat cardiac
    surgery, infections, endocarditis, bleeding and neurologic complications,
    perioperative myocardial damage, late cardiac tamponade and on the effect of
    cardio-pulmonary bypass.
