Research

  • *Current Research*
    * Discover a panel of markers for early diagnosis of lung cancer (LC) by
linking early symptoms prior to diagnosis by combining mutation in DNA of
free circulating tumour cells and proteomic profiles from patient's
    blood samples.
    * Investigate molecular determinants of LC symptoms by analysing
patient-reported data in relation to corresponding molecular profiles.
    *Research Experiences*
    * Research Associate (Computational Biology and
Bioinformatics), /Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics, Stockholm
University and Science for Life Laboratory (SciLife Lab), Sweden./
    * Project Assistant (Statistics and Bioinformatics), /Institution for
biomedicine, Department of Microbiology and Immunology, University of
    Gothenburg, Sweden./
    * Research Assistant (Statistics and Bioinformatics), /Sahlgrenska Cancer
    Center, University of Gothenburg. Sweden./
    * Research Assistant (Bioinformatics), /Department of Rheumatology and
Inflammation Research, University of Gothenburg. Sweden./
