About me
- Presently performing postdoc studies on immune checkpoint interactors using
MS-CETSA.
Research
- I have worked with malignant transformation of stem cells in breast cancer. Also role of PRC2 complex driven cancer stem cell features. Then I worked
with developing and validating leukemic mouse models for AML and AEL. Understanding transcriptomic plasticity and novel nanoparticle mediated drug targeting systems to target cancer stem cell population. I have been working with different aspects of cancer stem cell biology since 2009. I now work with understanding immune response and signalling with the help of MS-CETSA.
