About me

  • I am an Associate Professor of Clinical Epidemiology in the Department of Global Public Health at Karolinska Institutet, and a Resident in Anesthesia and Intensive Care at the Function Perioperative Medicine and Intensive Care at Karolinska University Hospital, both located in Stockholm, Sweden. I lead the 'Improving Trauma Systems' team within the Health Systems and Policy research group, where our work focuses on system-level interventions aimed at improving trauma care outcomes globally. Additionally, I serve as the Programme Director of the Master's Programme in Global Health and lead the Degree Project in Global Health course.
