About me
I graduated in Pharmacy from the University of Valencia, where I continued my academic journey by completing a MSc focused on Biomedicine. During my master’s thesis, I studied the role of PXR receptors in endothelial dysfunction, gaining extensive experience in cell culture and molecular biology.
After joining a MSCA European Training Network for my PhD studies, I moved to Italy and worked at the Laboratory of Organic Electronics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. My PhD project was centered on the development of electrolyte-gated organic transistor-based biosensors for the detection of multiple sclerosis biomarkers in plasma.
Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher at Erica Zeglio’s group, working on the development of bioelectronic platforms for in vitro electrophysiology. Outside of the lab, I enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants, skiing, and hiking.
