Hanad Abdullahi

I am a student in the Master’s Programme in Molecular Biotechnology Engineering at Uppsala University, currently conducting my master’s thesis at Karolinska Institutet under the supervision of Jerome Salignon in Federico Pietrocola’s research group. My thesis focuses on developing a model that uses single-cell RNA (scRNA) gene expression data to predict age. Federico Pietrocola’s group at the Department of Cell and Molecular Biology specializes in applying bioinformatics approaches to study aging and cellular reprogramming.
