About me
I am a PhD student with a background in internal medicine and endocrinology. I completed my medical degree at Albert Saint-Gyorgyi Medical University and went on to earn a Master of Medicine from the University of New South Wales, Australia where I focused on coeliac disease and the use of confocal endomicroscopy in its diagnosis. My work was recognised when I was selected as a finalist for the prestigious Douglas Piper Young Investigator Award at AGW 2014.
I am a qualified specialist in internal medicine and am due to complete my specialisation in endocrinology in August 2025. My current research investigates non-functional adrenal tumours and their potential neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric effects, with the aim of improving our understanding of the broader impact these tumours may have on patients’ health and wellbeing.
