About me

  • I have a background in bioinformatics and am currently a PhD candidate in the Reproductive Endocrinology and Metabolism (REM) group, which I joined in the fall of 2021. My main focus is on uncovering the molecular and metabolic mechanisms underlying PCOS using single-cell and multi-omics approaches. This includes generating and analyzing scRNA-seq and transcriptomics data from clinical biopsies, as well as proteomics and spatial transcriptomics, with analyses carried out in R and Python. Alongside the computational work, I am also involved in wet lab work including cell culturing of organoids.
