About me
I am a Research Assistant at Karolinska Institutet under the supervision of Asst.Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Nyström. My research focuses on the physiological functions of the mucus-associated protein CLCA1 and its role in regulating intestinal mucus biology and barrier function. Using molecular biology, protein biochemistry, and proteomics approaches, I aim to better understand how mucus contributes to intestinal homeostasis.
