Anne Heikkinen Sandberg

As a master of ceremonies, I am responsible for planning, executing, and following up on Karolinska Institutet’s academic ceremonies and some receptions and inaugurations. I coordinate stakeholders, participants, and suppliers, oversee the ceremony’s design, produce printed materials, and handle other aspects related to the events.

The academic ceremonies celebrate academic achievements and appointments. At Karolinska Institutet, several ceremonies take place each year, among others the doctoral degree conferment in Stockholm City Hall and professorial installation in Aula Medica.
