Metabolite Core Facility

Metabolomics Biomedicum is the small molecule mass spectrometry core facility at MBB. The Metabolomics Biomedicum facility provides analytical services using best available mass spectrometry methods with a focus on quantitative measurements of small molecules. We assist in designing experiments, including a broad range of samples preparation methods, in combination with generation of high-quality mass spectrometric data as well as data analysis and interpretation
