Follow-up of reforms in Region Stockholm
The Health Economics and Policy Research Group continuously collaborate with Region Stockholm, and conducts commissioned research through the research and development unit Centre for Health Economics, Informatics and Health Care Research (CHIS). We conduct health economic follow up and provide decision support and methodological expertise. Some of our projects are presented below.

Health economic support to the National System for knowledge management (Nationellt system för kunskapsstyrning)
Within our work at the Center for Health Economics, Informatics and Healthcare Research (CHIS) at Region Stockholm, we support the region's work within the National system for knowledge management by providing health economic competence and support to the national program areas (NPOs).
Health economic follow-up of a Diagnostic Centre at Södertälje hospital
We conduct a health economic follow-up of the Diagnostic Centre - a project supporting early diagnosis of cancer and other serious disease.

Health economic consequences of changes in the organisation of acute care pathways
International comparisons - Nordic countries and Europe
In several projects we compare costs, efficiency and outcomes between hospitals in different European countries. The EuroHOPE (European Health Care Outcomes, Performance and Efficiency) project was run between 2010 and 2014. In 2015, EuroHOPE was followed by BRIDGE Health (BRidging Information and Data Generation for Evidence-based Health policy and research). Both projects are financed by the European Commission.
NORCHER
The NORCHER project implement, evaluate and inform stakeholders of models of health service delivery that encourage equal access, high quality and cost effectiveness.
BRIDGE Health
The BRIDGE Health project aims to prepare the transition towards a sustainable and integrated EU health information system for both public health and research purposes.
