Biogen
Biogen have over the years established several fruitful scientific collaborative projects at the global, regional and local level with KI.
During 2018 it was recognized by both Biogen and KI that both parties wanted to build a structured and long-term commitment towards working together in the field of multiple sclerosis ("MS") and other neurodegenerative diseases.
To this end a Master Research Collaboration Agreement (MRCA) was negotiated and signed in September 2018. The purposes of this MRCA were to reach agreement on overall terms and conditions for future joint projects, as well as to create an overall governance structure for overseeing ongoing projects and identifying new opportunities.
This MCA is governed by a Joint Advisory Committee (JAC) with equal representation from Biogen and KI.
