Collaboration with Canada: Doctoral Education

A majority of PhD-students that spend time at KI are doing so without formal agreements, so also most students from Canada, both when pursuing a full degree or doing short-term visits in a research group. In most cases, the PhD-students visit KI within existing research collaborations where the Principal Investigators collaborate.

KI has an agreement with the University of Toronto on PhD student research experience for up to one year, signed in 2014. For information regarding PhD-agreements at the departmental level, please contact the relevant department. For information about the collaborative PhD-course with University of Toronto, please contact the scientific coordinator for Canada.
