The central Cooperation for Development agreement provides the departure points, objectives and policy-basis of KIs local cooperation agreement.
Cooperation is fundamental to the work done by the Department of Clinical Sciences, Intervention and Technology (CLINTEC), in terms as much of everyday issues as of its long-term development. The objective is to help lay the groundwork for a working climate recognised for its transparency, involvement and efficiency. This can only be achieved with the genuine influence of the employees.
Cooperation entails the management and staff having an all-inclusive view of the business that integrates participation, personnel policies, work environment and equal opportunities. Cooperation takes place through consultation, which involves information, dialogue and discussion at the early stages of all decision-making in CLINTECs cooperation group. This requires the participation of the management and the employee organisations.
The greater employee participation and the exploitation of knowledge and competence creates opportunities for developing CLINTEC in a way that benefits management and staff alike.
Cooperation is to take place on the issues covered by the information and negotiation obligations embodied in the Co-determination at Work Act (MBL), thus replacing the responsibilities of the employer as set forth in sections 11, 12 and 19 of this Act and the exemptions specified in section 5
