Mayo Clinic – Karolinska Institutet Research Meeting 2021
The 27th Mayo- KI Annual research meeting will again be held virtually through an online platform. We have a packed schedule with interesting sessions and opportunities for networking.
About the Program
As this year’s meeting is conducted entirely online, it is important to read the following information carefully before the event as you will need to make sure your computer meets the technical requirements for the event.
The meeting consists of four different ways to connect:
-
Welcome and plenary sessions: These sessions start and end the days and are open for all participants. There are a diverse range of presentations, discussions and debates planned. The welcome meetings on both days, as well as the plenary on day one will be held in Zoom webinar. Once available, you will find the links for these beside the events in the program below.
-
Breakout sessions: Each research area has topic specific sessions planned during these timeslots. The schedule for each area will be published on the web and linked from this main agenda.
-
Flexible Time is available for session chairs to utilize for breakout sessions that need additional time, individuals to engage in one-off conversations or attendees to view posters
-
Poster presentations: Poster sessions will be run in an asynchronous online format. The authors of each poster present their work in a short video where you will be able to leave video, audio, and text comments on the contents. The posters are organized in each breakout area and available from the breakout session schedule.
