Introduction to Movement

Time: 16-17.30

This workshop will go through the basics of crawling, jumping, hanging, lifting and balancing all inspired by MovNat. Every movement skill will be scalable and focus will be on understanding the basic principles of movement and how they can be applied into everyday life.

The workshop is structured around three different positions: sitting, standing and hanging. We will explore every phase of the movement sequence through a series of positions and the transitions in between them. No prior knowledge is needed.

What to bring

Water bottle
Barefoot is optimal. For Indoor shoes we recommend minimalistic shoes with a flexible sole.
