Bodyweight Strength

During March, this class will take place at Valvet (Retzius väg 16, 3rd floor). Students are welcome!

This class is inspired by gymnastics and calisthenics, which is about mastering and using your entire body. This class will take you through the basics of bodyweight movements, such as push & pull variations, wall climbs & bear crawl. We focus on the quality of movement rather than intensity. All movements are scalable.

If you're a student and would like to attend, the instructor lets you in. In that case, you most easily access the gym via the KIB Library on the 4th floor.
