My research project is closely connected with mass spectrometry based proteomics, while focusing on the computational data analysis part. I have been developing a bioinformatic tool, SpliceVista, which enables splice variants centered analysis in shotgun proteomics. Published. SpliceVista, a tool for splice variant identification and visualization in shotgun proteomics data.

Meanwhile, Me and my colleagues are also trying to establish an efficient proteogenomics search pipeline with a particular interest in discovering novel protein coding region in Human Genome.
