Tina Persson works as National Talent Sourcer at Experis Engineering. In the staffing industry Tina has experience from working as senior saleswoman, recruitment consultant and consulting manager. This is now an advantage when Tina currently works as a Talent Sourcer.
Tina is an associate professor of chemistry at Lund University and has worked as a senior researcher at the Max Planck Institute in Germany. After five years in Germany, Tina returned to Sweden to build her own research group active in the RNA world. Tina has over 30 scientific publications and two patents. After five years in the research in Sweden she decided to do something completely different. The opportunity came through the staffing company Proffice where Tina started their life science division in Skåne.
