Accommodation areas
Berzelius väg
4 small townhouses - SEK 10 537 per month
KI Housing rents 4 small townhouses for families at Berzelius väg 2, located on KI Campus in Solna. The townhouses/family apartments are 65 square meters, fully furnished and have two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is access to a common laundry room.
KI Residence Solna
316 apartments (both individual and shared) - from SEK 6087 per month
KI Housing offers 316 apartments of different sizes in our brand new accommodation center “KI Residence Solna”, located directly on the KI Campus in Solna. KI Residence Solna consists of three buildings with 140 studio apartments, 120 studios with shared kitchen, 38 shared 2-bedroom apartments and 18 shared 4-bedroom apartments.

KI Housing offers 84 apartments of different sizes at Alfred Nobels Allé, located on KI Campus in Flemingsberg. There are 30 studio apartments, 4 shared three-bedroom apartments, 35 shared two-bedroom apartments and 15 family apartments.

KI Housing offers 71 dorm rooms ensuite in Pax, at Emmylundsvägen 1-3. The rooms are 18 square meters and fully furnished. In this student accommodation area you have your own private room and bathroom. You have access to common kitchen, laundry room and internet.

KI Housing offers 71 furnished dorm rooms at Jägargatan 20, in central Stockholm. In this student accommodation you have your own private washbasin but you will be sharing bathroom with other tenants in the corridor. You have access to common kitchen, living room, laundry and wireless network.
