Lunchseminarium: Food, nutrition and climate change
Climate change is an urgent global issue and the food sector is a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions. Camilla Sjörs’ research theme is nutrient intakes of food habits with low versus high greenhouse gas emissions. She will present a study on adherence to nutrient guidelines across categories of dietary greenhouse gas emissions, based on self-selected diets in the Swedish National Food Survey.
The seminar is arranged by KI:s Environmental Council in cooperation with KIB, open to all KI affiliated. Lunch sandwiches will be offered from 12.00 on a first come, first served basis.
