To allow all registered PhD students within the field of epidemiology to present their ongoing research projects, and to encourage questions from other students, in an informal setting.
On each occasion, two students will present a 30 minute seminar including time for questions (~20/10 minutes). One senior staff will serve as chairman for the seminar. The audience is encouraged to ask questions. The language is English.
All students, post docs, and faculty working in the field of epidemiology are welcome to attend these seminars. Regular attendance at these seminars (n=20) and presentation of own research (n=2) within the seminar series will provide course credits for PhD students within epidemiology (total 22 gives 1.5 credits).
