Technical issue in UBW – approved/certified invoices may need to be handled again
Due to a technical issue in UBW (formerly Agresso) some invoices have not been sent to the bank for payment even though they have been certified and/or approved.
We ask you to check if you have invoices waiting for your certificate or approval in your inbox in UBW. In case there are invoices that you have already processed at an earlier time, please handle them again.
We have corrected the error in UBW, which means that invoices that are approved or certified now will be dispatched as usual.
