Reporting and signing results in Ladok - doctoral courses
The introduction of new Ladok (during the autumn 2017) involves some changes for the process regarding result management for doctoral courses.
Course occasions in Ladok
Ahead of a new semester, course occasions will be created in Ladok to which admitted doctoral students will be added. The Ladok system management group is responsible for creating the course occasions in Ladok and entering the students that have been admitted and accepted the admission offer via KIWAS, before the date when data is extracted from KIWAS (that date is18 December 2017 for spring 2018). Applicants that have been handled outside KIWAS or have accepted the admission offer after the cut-off date, must be entered in Ladok by the course giving department. As a course director you are responsible for providing the list of admitted to the person who will administer this in Ladok.
Registration in Ladok
Before course start, each admitted participant must register via the Ladok student interface. The registration period runs from one week before the start of the course, until two days after course start.
The examiner a new user in Ladok
The examiner will be a new user in Ladok and will sign reported results directly in the system. The previous archive lists will no longer exist. It is also possible for the examiner to self-submit the results before signing is to be done. Otherwise a result list should be handed in, like before, to the study administrator at the department where the course is held. This should be done within 14 days after the end of the course.
Doctoral students will be able to print study certificates via the Ladok student interface.
