You can easliy have e-meetings with your computer. We have different tools for setting up a call with several people.

Skype for Business

If you need to set up a call with other employees at KI, Skype is your best choice. You can have e-meetings with up to 250 people, chat, share documents and share your screen. You can add everybody with a Skype account.

Adobe Connect

With the web conference tool Adobe Connect you can create a digital meeting room where you invite your participants. You can use Adobe Connect when having e-meetings with people outside of KI. The service is free of charge.

Students cannot create their own rooms, but can be invited by others.

Create a digital meeting room

Go to https://connect.sunet.se, choose Karolinska Institutet in the list and log in with your KI-ID.
