Mindfulness course MBSR

An 8-week mindfulness course based on MBSR®-Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, which has been developed by Jon Kabat Zinn, PhD, at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. An increasing body of research shows that MBSR is effective in reducing the symtoms of stress, depression and a number of other chronic illnesses. focuses on the intensive practice of mindfulness. The aim of the course is to improve ability to cope with stress through systematically facing everyday stress, tension, pain, demands and challenges with mindfulness, and to thus face life with increased focus, tranquility and creativity.
