Below you will find relevant information on how to change your password and about your KI-ID.
Change password on my KI-account
If your passwoard has expired and you cannot log in to your e-mail, go to account.ki.se - where you have the possibility to log in to change your password even though your password has expired - and follow the instructions.
When choosing a new password, please remember to follow KI's password regulations at all times.

If I have forgotten my password?
After changing your password, you should log off and then on again on your computer to make sure your new password works. Remember to change your password for email-settings in your mobile phone and other devices too.

Change password in Office 365
If you have Office 365, you can change your password, even if you have forgotten your old one.

About your KI-ID
When you receive your account for the central network services, you receive a username and a password. These data are personal and should not be used by others. You must not give your personal information to anyone. If abuse occurs, your accounts will be blocked.
