The new KICancer Website

The new homepage for KICancer is now launched. You’ll find it among ”Research networks” and the link is In order to have an up-to-date homepage with interesting information we need input from you and also comments if there is something missing or a links that do not work.

When you want to highlight a conference, a seminar or other news this can be announced on the first, front page. Send your material to Our ambition is that the home page shall reflect the multitude of the KICancer network, the different departmental environments and the wide variety of disciplines. Photos of medical discoveries and people from our different departments are also welcome contributions.

The list of ”Researchers” is not complete. We are willing to include everyone who is (officially) recognized as leading a research group (”group leader”). Check the list and if you have not been included so far and send your information to Yvonne Strandberg. Make sure your KI Profile page is up-to-date and informative.

There are some limitations of what we can include on the KICancer new website, for example we cannot present whole research groups or project lists. But you may add this information to your KI Profile page, with group members, links to your home page, bibliometrics etc.

We would be very please if the chairpersons of our diagnose-based networks make use of the website for activities that you want to spread.

Please send e-mail adress(es) of new members in your group to The KICancer mailing list is really the only way for KICancer to reach its members, PIs, students and post-docs.
